Who We Are
Erkon Konsantre Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a well-established agricultural and manufacturing company that has been developing high-quality products for the natural food coloring and beverage industries since 2007.
Built upon our agricultural heritage dating back to the 1970s in the fertile lands that once bore the traces of the Hittite civilization, Erkon Konsantre A.Ş. initiated its industrialization journey in 2007 with a vision to create value-added products for the natural food industry.
During this process, Erkon pioneered the first export of black carrot from Turkey for use in the natural food coloring sector, assuming a leading role in the industry. With its innovative approach, the company has since specialized in the production of fruit and vegetable juice concentrates, NFC juices, and powders.

Thanks to our integrated production structure, we manage the entire production chain in-house by cultivating raw materials on our own farmland and operating every stage with a focus on quality, traceability, and sustainability. This structure enables us to offer custom formulations and production capabilities that deliver value-added solutions for our partners.
With a processing capacity of 1,000 tons per day, Erkon Konsantre A.Ş. represents global leadership in black carrot production. Our approximately 35 years of export experience and distribution network spanning more than 45 countries reinforce the reliability and long-term success of our brand in international markets.
